The campsite is located between the municipalities of L'Ametlla de Mar and El Perelló, in a protected agricultural natural reserve, in an old orchard of olive, almond and carob trees. We lie at the foot of a mountain ridge and see the sea in the distance. We have beautiful, spacious pitches, with sufficient shade.
Centrally located on the campsite are a swimming pool, a communal outdoor kitchen, a bowling alley, a volleyball court, a table tennis table and a guest room with books and games. In this guest room you can also find all kinds of drawing and craft materials for the children. The children can regularly register for a creative workshop, but can also make free use of the material offered.
At the moment we have 3 sanitary blocks divided over the campsite, each with toilet, shower and washing place. By the summer of 2019 we will have added a 4th block.
We are not connected to the municipal water supply, sewerage or electricity network. Our water comes from a well of over 200 meters deep, which gives us delicious fresh drinking water. The toilets are connected to a septic tank and electricity is generated by solar panels, supplemented by a generator. That is why we try to limit the consumption of electricity on the campsite. Of course, smartphones, tablets, e-readers,... we can charge them. We like it when our guests also try to use water in an environmentally friendly way and therefore stimulate the use of biodegradable soap products.
On the campsite you can buy coffee, soft drinks, beer, wine and ice creams. There is also a small shop where you can buy some basic products and where you can pick up fresh bread in the morning. For more shopping you can go to El Perelló (5 km) or the large supermarket Mercadona (7 km).
A few evenings a week we organize a "long table" where you can participate without obligation. Pure coziness!
At the pool and outdoor kitchen free wifi and electricity are available.
Together with us there are also a number of animals living on the campsite; Catoo, our hanging belly pig, our 3 goats, the rooster Joey with his chickens, and Pequito our cat. Of course the guests can help with feeding, collecting eggs or cleaning the cages.
From the campsite you can make beautiful walking and cycling trips.
Due to its location, it is advisable to have your own transport. Here you will find directions from Valencia or from the AP Barcelona. It is handy to have a printout of it with you. Note: navigation on the GPS coordinates will lead you to on another, very difficult path in the last part. However, the app WAZE brings you perfectly to the campsite.
For those who come by plane the nearest airport is Barcelona Reus, you can rent a car there and from there it’s less than 45 minutes to the campsite.
Also the airports of Barcelona El Prat and Valencia are within a reasonable distance of the campsite.
